CareerMinted sells non-tangible, digital PDF files. All payments and refunds are handled and processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, in accordance with their Terms of Service. The following policy outlines the specific circumstances under which we will authorize Lemon Squeezy to issue a refund on our behalf.

Notice to European Union Customers: You normally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by requesting the immediate generation and download of your personalized PDF resume, you expressly agree that we may begin providing the service before the 14-day period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital product is fully delivered/downloaded.

Refund requests are managed through our payment processor. To initiate a request:

  2. Provide your Order ID and a description of the issue.

We will review your request and, if it qualifies under this policy, authorize the refund processing.
